Covid Protocols for 2020 Event

In speaking with health officials, we are able to share with you how we can safely host this year's tasting while maintaining strict COVID protocols.

  • 6' distancing will be maintained in tasting lines...a marker or tape indicating 6" distance will be marked on floor to ensure appropriate distance between individuals in tasting lines.

  • Temperature screening will be taken at the entry to the event. 

  • Masks must be worn when entering the event site and required while attending the event. Exceptions are made while drinking or eating if 6" distance is adhered to.

  • All pours of Alcohol (Bourbon/Whiskey) will be administered by a bartender wearing mask and rubber gloves.

  • All tokens for pours will be placed in a receptacle jar by patrons and not handed to the bartender.

  • Food will be dispensed in individual containers/boxes to minimize contact.

  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event site.

  • Masks will be supplied at the door of the event for patrons who forget or misplace their mask.

  • Bathrooms will be supplied with bleach disinfectant spray in lavatory stalls.

  • Event space will be in open air and housed under a tent in the event of rain.

That said, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event should state officials announce any guidelines that prevent us from hosting the event on November 15, 2020. All tickets will be honored at the postponed event or may be forfeited if required by state law.
