We are excited to partner with Hall's Meats & Sausage who will be providing a whole hog for Chef Kendall Gunn to roast and prepare for our guests.
Working with local event coordinator, David Calametti, Hall's will also be providing their products to four local chefs who will each prepare a special treat for our VIP ticket holders.
Chefs that will be joining us include Jim Smith (Hummingbird Way), Zach Morgan (Spiffy Fox), Weston Simpson (Fairhope Inn) and Ed Walker (Blind Mule).
